Track the non-conformities, deviations or opportunities for improvement, which are detected through the legal compliance assessments, complaints, external and internal audits or customers, among other origins. Using this module, you can manage your plans and respective actions:> Analyse the cause of the findings identified of different origins;> Share the information among the users, as well as the respective actions;> Delegate and monitor the tasks completed and the pending tasks;> Share documents;> Assess the effectiveness of the actions. Your register will be compiled into a structured and easy-to-read record of the actions that have been carried out to solve any deviations identified over time.
This module is fully integrated with the other modules. For example, when a Conformity Assessment is carried out in the Documents or Audits module, it will be available in the Action Plans module. Each user with access to the Action Plans module can create or access the plans created by other users. After creating an Action Plan, it is possible to associate the evidence uploaded into SIAWISE and define actions, and plan their implementation and tracking. Finally, it is possible to assess the effectiveness of each action carried out. SIAWISE provides the option to create various context reports associated with the Action Plans. The tasks deriving from this module are also presented in the Tasks module.
The audit service will respond to the provisions of the international standards that stipulate compliance with the legal requirements, such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 31000 and ISO 22000, among others.
